1. This product is a cell transfection diluent, Clear chemical composition, Animal-Derived Component-Free (ADCF).
2. It is suitable for dilution of plasmid with Polyethylenimine (PEI) during transfection of CHO cells, HEK293 cells and for the preparation of plasmid-PEI complexes, which helps to improve the transfection efficiency.
