Customized Media Platform——Development of platform culture medium for CHOZN cell line
Results：
In the 1st/2nd round of tests (taking 1.5 months), among nearly 200 prototype formulas from MediumBank, combined with cell line information and historical metabolic data, and practical Fed-batch experiment, the optimal culture media combination was selected, with all platform projects' yields increasing by 4 times or more;
In the 3rd/4th round (taking 2 months) of tests, through MediumBank’s big data analysis platform and supernatant metabolic analysis, the optimal supplement culture media was selected, with the highest yield increase of 8 times across all platform projects. The culture media showed good universality, significantly increasing the yield in the client’s four cell line projects, making it suitable for use as a platform culture media.
